Please notify us of any damage or errors in dispatched goods within 48 hours otherwise no liability will be accepted. Use of goods is deemed as acceptance by the customer, and no returns will be accepted.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s), we will refund the money, less the carriage charged, if returned within seven days. Or we can exchange for an alternative (please note that this may incur another postage charge).
Any damaged/faulty goods should be returned immediately for our attention before any refund or replacement is given. In some cases goods may have to be returned to the manufacturer. We will do our best to replace or repair the item for the customer, however in some circumstances this may not be possible. Factors such as age, usage, and care will be taken into account when inspecting returned goods. Goods over a year old are unlikely to qualify for replacement. Repairs may incur a charge. |
