The Pod 2 Grade One pad features a new hinged side wing designed to enhance protection on both legs, whilst bringing the pad physically closer to the leg to increase freedom of movement at the crease. The hinge and double V fixings pull the pads into the knee so that this area is streamlined and compact making it easier to move and to run.At the same time the hinged sidewing is overlaid with a second layer of plastazote to amplify protection.The pad is constructed from the lightest materials, parachute fabric in the top hat, high density plastazote bars and mesh lining.
