Ordering
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Fordham Sports cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Stock
While we do try to ensure the website is as up to date as possible some items may not be in stock. In this event you will be contacted as soon as possible and a replacement or refund offered. Most of the time we will have a very short turnaround in getting most items directly from the manufacturer. We have a huge stock so this is unlikley, but if an order is urgent for a specific day feel free to phone and confirm items are in stock.  

Consumers’ Right of Cancellation
If you are not completely happy with the goods –unwanted goods

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from us. We aim to offer you value and quality. To cancel you can e-mail, fax, or write to us via the details below within 7 working days of delivery, quoting your order number. Items must not be used and you must take reasonable care of them. We will offer you a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of you cancelling the agreement. You will pay the cost of returning the goods. We may collect the goods for you; however there will be a charge for this service. The address for returned items is as below.

Items can be returned to us provided:
Any other item is in its original condition  
A copy of the invoice note or proof of purchase is included.

Note: When returning goods we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or traceable service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns that fail to arrive.

You lose the right to cancel if:
you have had the goods personalised;  or are
goods that, by their nature, cannot be restored to the same physical state

If the goods are damaged or faulty
Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged, missing, wrongly supplied or faulty. If you inform us within 30 days of receipt of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will refund return postage and replacement at our expense. You may inform us by using any of the contact details below. Please ensure that the original packaging is kept for examination.

Delivery service
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and our able to send your order either you home or to your place of work.

Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 2 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

We aim to deliver within 3 working days but sometimes due to high order volume certain in sales periods please allow 4 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

All small orders are sent out via royal mail 1st packets post service, if your order is over £15.00 it will be sent out via royal mails recorded packet service, which will need a signature, if you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.

Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point.

Export restrictions
At present Fordham Sports only sends goods within the UK. We plan to add exports to our services in the future. If however you have a special request please contact us your requirements.

Privacy Notice
This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.

Security
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. Fordham Sports uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers. 

During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.

We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes.

The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of, this site and materials contained. 

If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiave and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.

All content includes on the site such as text, graphics logos button icons images audio clips digital downloads and software are all owned by Fordham Sports and are protected by international copyright laws.

Fordham Sports grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license doses not include any resale’s of commercial use of this site or its contents any collection and use of any products any collection and use of any product listings descriptions or prices any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice the prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include VAT and delivery.
