We offer a refund to customers if they return goods within 14 days of receiving them providing the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. A copy of the invoice note or proof of purchase must be included. Returns for unwanted items will exclude any postal costs incurred, which are the customers responsibility. We recommend you use recorded delivery or a traceable service when returning goods to us.

We will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged, missing, wrongly supplied or faulty. If you inform us by email or telephone within 30 days of receipt of delivery that the goods were delivered damaged or faulty and then return the goods for our inspection, we will refund return postage and replacement at our expense.
